Health is a combination of body, mind and soul, and in this busy, stress inducing, over stimulating world, looking after all these areas can be tricky. And what we have come to believe is normal, is in actual fact our body trying to tell us something isn't right.
I get to know you, your lifestyle and listen to what your body is trying to communicate, and work with you to make changes to create balance and harmony in your body. If we are not balanced in our diet and lifestyle, our body lets us know in different ways. So addressing the root cause of your problems, can create a longer more vitality led life.
I strive to help my clients achieve there optimum health by providing personalised coaching, that addresses all aspects of their own individual health and lifestyle, so they have achievable tasks that fit around their lives. And task by task, habit by habit, we create your desired healthy lifestyle together. One you look back on and think, wow I didn't even realise how far I had come!

All sessions are carried out via zoom for your convenience.
My services are designed to support you in creating changes that become habits and in the long run, your lifestyle. It takes 66 days to create a habit. The programme runs for 12 weeks, so I am there for your whole journey to help keep you on track.
Group programmes
Focusing on specific topics, creating informative, supportive spaces, while building a community of people with similar health interests.
Workshops
Held in person within schools and businesses on desired health or lifestyle topics. Aimed to inspire positive change, and give people the information to make decisions in diet and lifestyle that work for them, rather than against. Just one habit change can have a huge impact of how someone feels day to day, and in the long run, on their health. Workshops allow me to reach groups of people who might not think to reach out for themselves. And to offer information they might not have known could help.
